原電、運転40年の原発の20年延長を申請

2017年11月24日、日本原子力発電（原電）は、原子力規制委員会に対して、来年11月で運転40年を迎える、東海第二原発の運転期間を20年延長することを求めて申請した。

「原発の運転は40年まで」という原則はすでに、関西電力の高浜原発１、２号機、美浜原発３号機については、例外とされつつも適用されておらず、有名無実化が進んでいる。

原発訴訟 福島地裁判決 ２０１７年１０月１０日

大津波の予見可能性について、国と東電に責任認める。原告約２９００人に５億円の支払いを命じた。

この判決に対し、原告、国、東電ともに控訴。原告は賠償額について不服とした。

一方、同月２７日、大阪高裁での訴訟では、東電の責任を認めつつも、賠償額を半減する判決を出した。

原発避難者訴訟 千葉地裁 判決 2017年9月22日

東京電力に対しては、４２人に約３億７６００万円を支払うよう命じる判決。「暮らしていた生活の本拠や自己の人格を形成してきた地域を喪失したことも、事故と因果関係のある精神的損害として賠償の対象になる」。

国に対しては責任を否定した。

2017年6月30日 東電トップへの初公判

勝俣恒久元会長、および、武藤栄、武黒一郎両元副社長を、

業務上過失致死傷罪で、強制起訴。被告側は無罪を主張。

東京地裁。
