Reported numbers of the dead and the missing by Great Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami

Source: National Police Agency of Japan. Reported on the first page on Yomiuri Shimbun Newspaper on the disaster period.

The numbers were set around  0 AM in the most cases.

The local governments were dameged severely, so that the numbers of the missing people in early periods are not accurate.

Key: Blue is the number of dead people. Red is the number of the missing.
